re: does the pm have a constitutional power.... poor girl i feel sorry for her, she is rooted. i cant see her getting off this.. i would be stoked if she did, but its their country, their system. if we caught an indonesian bringing drugs into australia i doubt our courts would let the person off on the basis of the corby defense.
