I just send him emails. Howard has had a few emails from me over the years. I must say i have always ensured the content of the email was constructive. Surprisingly, and i do not claim responsibility, Howards announcements have improved of late. Previously a trend seemed to be developing where every release was followed by a correction, and where some may see this a a strategy i saw it as poor quality and hence the email to Howard. I must say he has improved. however I do believe QMN need to get rid of the colour scheme in the announcements.. but we can work on that.
