With your knowledge and/ or contacts, one question. If the land is so valuable, why can't the vendor just withdraw from the sale? Surely the option agreement is not binding is it? If it was, then I don't know why it has taken so long.
Either way, it's good to see you contributing again.
PS I never did find out what colour underwear you wear on Mondays. :)
