There is some truth in what you say here .

However the scenario you present would mean a LOT more than the Death of Aussie property .

The four pillars would all collapse , the entire finacial system ..we would all be Literally financially doomed . China would take over the Australian eccomony completely ..we would be controlled as a State , will a population around three times that of which we currently enjoy , around 63,000,000 .

As the new Elite Chinese moved in ( extremely wealthy individuals ) they would aspire to reside in this " Upmarket State " .. money would flow in , there would be just one State controlled bank ..

And Guess what ..The price of property would RISE ! yes ... this is why I know focus completely on Sth East Asia .

I could add a lot more , but its time for a swim .

The logic of my scenario is just as logical as the initial post ..even with all the Lovely green Ticks !
