Whatever will happen with the pre operation lizense - Malysia as econemy place just right now has a big demage!
If i would like to built any plant - and malysia may be one of the places to choice... i wouldnt go there!
Lynas - till yet - was very malysian government friendly. But in my opinion lynas should practice pressure on the malysian government and initiate an aggregation of companys, who are interested in building any plant in malysia!
