Surely the directors msut take the responsibility of guiding and running the company particularly when this is run like it is an extension of the Austrians private empire and their sole funding, sole decision making and voting control dicates what happens. Recent MD's and Chairs like David Nabarro, Marty Adams and Higel Goodall were bought in by the Austrians to run the company as they demand and all bailed out after short spells all wihtout results on this stock and probaly due to the Austrian control dictating exactly what they wanted. I would not envy anyone working in that environment.
