Property is a bit like shares, If you do your homework, and with a bit of luck you can pick outperfomers in a market that is down.
My propery all fits into certain criteria that has worked for me.
Finding a very good accountant, broker, solicitor, property manager and quantity surveyor is essential for your mental and finacial health. Don't skimp on these people.
My point being. if i had of listened to the so called experts like Steven Keen i would have been alot worse off.
follow the herd and you are destined for a life of medicority. Think outside the square a bit and with a bit of luck and hard work you can outperform.
Any way, thats my rant and not much to do with COH so feel free to moderate !
