- if you invest in property australia wide, outside australia or in one particular state
You use the "overall general economy " as a basis for an investment strategy...maybe you can expand, briefly, how you acheive this, & monitor the strategy & its performance
you mention rates (interest) so assume most ventures are geared...maybe you can share what debt level/tolerance or lvr your strategy carry's throughout periods of ownership , your preferred bank & if you retire debt on sale proceeds/after CGT
