These people know each other, they have worked together.
I do not see a conflict of interest here.
Information would flow freely.
It’s in the interest of all parties to see it signed.
Why would they be in a big rush to sign? (Shareholders) can’t wait.
They said within 1 year (9 August 2010.)
Must be a reason.
If I was Ian Kraemer Knowing the Stock Market and how it works, I would offer loyal shareholders the best discount possible through a credit rising, weed out the day traders by limiting information just enough to get the CR through, and then open the flood gates.
But that’s me.
