The company is legally bound as to what it HAS to announce, and need not issue any more than that" I take exception to. All I'm asking is for the company to be good to its word. I've never pressured the company for dates but I do expect them to make a reasonable effort to stick to the ones that it provides of it's own accord. Gus alone created the expectation of a DFS early this year and whilst I can understand things not always going to plan I don't believe the move from imminent and 10-15 days to whenever we think it might be a good time helps the company's credibility or helps maintain it's previously excellent communication with shareholders andd the market.
As to selling my shares I will do so when and in the manner of my choosing. I have every right to raise what I consider issues with various aspects of the company without being told by anyone I should sell my shares. This is a forum for discussing the company and whether it pleases you or not there will invariably be views held that are not in all ways positive. That my friend is called balance and in my experience the bad ones (when they're not drivel) are as important to note as the good ones (which quite often can also drivel). You do what you want with your shares and leave others to do as they wish with theirs and holding does not preclude one from being allowed to point out things they feel the company should be doing better.
