    I don't think you'd have much to worry about them. Because, IMO, they will all have a job with Arrow, and possibly continue to run BOW as a totally private subsidiary company of Arrow itself.

    It happened before. And Arrow itself is a typcal example of what I am saying, when it finsihed up as that, and in the same way itself. (An independent 100% owned subsidiary of Shell/Petrochina).

    So, in the end, they will all have a job with the prospects of bigger opportunities to claim up the ladder of the corporate world, and in a multinational company. Why should they worry about us.
