Mark Phillips resignation was a cost cutting exercise and replaced from within by someone cheaper, so I wouldnt get excited about that as Phillips was a good operators and have followed him from his days at Record. What has got me a bit excited is 300k+ bought at the close at 10.5. Will be watchng with interest next week after a good rise on the dow.
