I have no problem rewarding management if their performance deserves the remuneration.
I would concur based in sp movement gs has underperformed. In saying this he has started alot just not finished what he started.
Maybe it would b more appropriate to give him an incentive based share offer. Ie if sp hits 30 cents in 12 months he gets x number of shares. A transport/port deal is worth x number etc instead of just giving him the lump sum up front
