This is what it appears like however for some time there has been ongoing accumulation on the AMEX whilst the price on the ASX has been capped to give the impression you expressed earlier.
Once this has been completed or if other "fundamental" factors are released those three components you mentioned will change quickly and dramatically.
Once TB releases the data I expect he will the afore mentioned strategy may no longer be achieved and hence it will be game on. Hence, don't be despaired by current price action...it is very misleading.
oh and Dr....read it all in the papers !!LOL
Those girly mags only deal in Fundamentals and not technicals...Bit of a fan of both myself..LOL
