Wondering with the demise of Gadaffi if our Malta'n blocks will now be back in play?
Area 5 and Area 4 block 3 straddle the Libyan/Maltan offshore borders, last ann stated they were negotiating reinstatement of the ESA, this may now be an easier process?
Wont be happening next week of course, but once things settle down over there, this sleeper may attract some interest, and we get a 3D shot off the northern African coast too.
