    Upon reflection the boards panicky letter with threat reminds me of a polictical leadership spill with all ringing around members gaguing support.If similar then the letter is testament to the board not believing it has the votes. In political circles the wise man without support withdraws quietly to fight another day rather than have his scalp paraded for all to see. Enough from me. I trust all will vote on this and a brighter future for CBIO will result.
