no one is saying what you are inferring
we are simply criticising the options package because it is a "win-win" for the directors in both success & failure
if TC is a success, the directors receive millions of expensive options
if TC is a failure, the directors receive millions of cheap options (but we CELO holders lose our $)
there have been so many delays and if TC is a failure the directors still get rewarded and we get punished
