cooko55, Thanks for sharing that info from the meeting, I wonder if the remuneration package that Jones and Co were receiving I think I read somewhere that it was around 900k/yr could be better used, if the new directors are only after a modest package (my interpetation of their disgust at jones and co's excessive packages), the remainder could be used to improve the packages of the valuable staff members, thereby improving the chances of retaining them to continue their work. The up side is there is no extra cost burden on the share holders. A win win as I see it!!
