mj....you are quite right it was commissioning that was booked for December now commissioning is set for end of March either way 3 months overdue...

A 3 month extension on a 6 or 7 month construction project means something has gone wrong somewhere. I am thinking it is more about the timeline estimates being out.
Matbe a little over optimistic on the project plan...
IGR is a good example of how it can be done..

Anyhow we are nearly there. Commisioning will still mean production of dore albeit in lesser quantities but its money in the bank all the same..and that is derisking.
