What about sq's a340-500 with 100 pax. Less then a Fokker 100.. You gonna assume everyone pays a fixed price per seat?
What about air Asia x 330-300s configured to carry 375 pax?
Besides if the 777 is such a dud, why is there 1288 orders total vs 236 for the 380? Did Geoff Dixon know something no other major carrier CEO doesn't ?
