Can someone help me - Am I reading this report correctly?

I see the Cughur area has 37 holes assays received with about the same No still pending.
Of the new assays reported here we have 1 new hole with 107m @ 1.5% Cu.
Of the old holes extended we have 1 taken out to 116M @ 2.4% Cu.

The new area Gaans has assays received on only 3 holes with another 16 assays pending.
Of the 3 reported on we have 1 with 46M @ 1.1% Cu and 14.1 g/t silver.

Surely this is a positive announcement and we still have more than 50% of the results pending.

Please be aware I have very little knowledge in drilling or Geology and am only looking for opinions.

Is my reasoning too simplistic? or were investors expecting something else?
