rocks - its a clear statement and one which couldn't be made legally without their concent.
I suspect this would only be agreed upon in the even that numbers on their side were at least, in question but I am amazed that they would stake their profesional credability on it.
time will tell but its a blight on the board that they have agreed to this hard arm stance
