Since IDC has $22m in the bank, why would they got back to the market to issue more shares?

Highly unlikely from where I stand. And hearing Mr Promnitz say in both presentations that IDC has enough cash to complete the drilling and BFS eg for the next 18 months, which takes us to December 2012.

By then we will see a significant share price move on the back of the JORC and drilling!
