The very real threat of litigation has ESG terrified, of that I've NO DOUBT.

Santo wouldn't ordinarily care two hoots about them, but as they gobble up OUR resource and merge with OUR name, so too the litigators will go after them for the money.

Besides, with the pressure of the law on the former ESG mice, who is to say they won't crack and divulge collusive behaviour on the part of Santos.

NO, I rather think Santos would like this to go away too....
