when is the last opportunity for a revised bid

ESGers,

Although I am tempted to sell into these final days, I am holding steadfast and to my orginal plan - hold to the end!

The window of another bidder has well and truely closed in my view. The only hope of an increased bid is for STO to revise its offer.

When is the latest date that this can occur - IF it does happened?

Would a revised bid have to be annouuced tomorrow or Thursday -as the latest? (I don't think an annoucement on Friday morning is possible - is it?)

Perhaps Thursday - as the proxy voting totals will be collated and really put the acid on ESG and STO. However, any changes to the SOA must be made through the courts (so I thoguht) so I reckon Thursday is too late?
