    Well Yaqona,

    One has only to reread that last announcement (letter to shareholders by JA) of the 14th of October from memory, to confirm what you wrote.

    For, there is nothing in there telling the shareholders as to why the ESG sale to STO is a good option.

    IMO, that JA letter is very inept to say the least.
