Non Delivery of Books Purchased from Moneybags
On 7th October 2011 I purchased two books from Moneybags Pty Ltd, and received a confirmation email same day.
I have checked my credit card and charge has been debited.
On 17th October 2011 I contacted Moneybags by phone 1800 010 141 and left a message re non delivery of order.
18th October I sent an email to Moneybags re status order and received an automatic reply stating that they will get back to me asap.
I have become very concerned as I still have not received order and have repeatedly tried to contact Moneybags on numerous telephone No's without success.
1800 010 141 -Message "mail box is full"
1300 641 375-always engaged signal
03 9078 9541-Message-cannot conect number
08 8217 4000-Message -cannot connect to number'
I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions, alternative contact No's or if any other person is having problems.
