Looks like the market if factoring a win for Primebroker. ANZ shares were off 16c on the news, which dropped the market value of ANZ by $450M. The Financial Review reported on the 25/10 that the value of the claim was up to $450M. Looks like the Efficient Market Hypothesis at work!
This is a classic David and Goliath struggle. Good luck to the little guys. Go primebroker.
