iress price alert problem, page-12

I just sent another email to Comsec/Iress:

Update as at 13:01 26-OCT-2011

FYI, problem still exists with IRESS/ALERT:
1.The ALERTs that I have deleted still got triggered, which flooded my screen with ALERTS that I have already deleted.
2.Previous problem which I cannot enable/disable ALERTS still exists.
3.IRESS does NOT allow to add ALERTS
4.I reported that I can amend ALERTS in IRESS around 10:10 this morning NOT working again!!!

Please advise what is happening???
