Not quite sure what you're asking there...where do you learn technical analysis, or where do you find the software to produce the charts? Let me know and I'll try and answer.

Safety in the markets is a trading system backed by a heavy marketing campaign. I have no opinion either way as to whether it is any good.

Champ - Maybe...maybe not..I gave up on the forecasting mate ;) I hope so though, as I'm long, but only time will tell.
