So my understanding is that it would be the lesser of the two options, and would therefore be
(i) 97.5% of the offer price under the takeover bid or the consideration under the scheme of arrangement the subject of the Relevant Event
And my read is that it would fall under - or the consideration under the scheme of arrangement as these would need to be dealt with under this provision
