in my view the transaction ends up with CEO owning all with exception of Trinity's share [which i think is ~ 15% and can be acquired by CEO etc] how they 'get there' in terms of structure etc is more about 'means' ..
The most interesting information will be the expert's report ..
i have spoken with powerful investment groups overseas who know Mongolia v.well and they all want 'in' ..
