not if you are seeing a trend within a trend emerging
a real scientist, like myself is looking for something other than the complete obvious in the data
my take on the chart is there is some chance a new trend may be emerging and if we wait awhile it may or may not appear
then there are others, threatened that their taxpayer funded jobs in government may be threatened by such an outcome
hence the shrill and repetitive objections and panic on this forum
