It seems the leaked information on 18th October by Simon Cawkwell (alias Evil Knieval) on the t1ps.com website was correct all along - 5p placing.
The placing would have gone out to sophisticated investors - those registered and indicating an income over £100K per annum and invested income over £250K.
Aussie rating of NGX stock is usually higher than London.
Nothing is quite certain as Ocean can pull out of the agreement.
