I am very sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with bowel cancer.
Many people with such a diagnosis do very well and can be cured with early and appropriate treatment which usually includes surgery +/- adjuvant therapy such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. These conventional therapies are often 100% effective.

Alternative or newer therapies may offer some additional hope but at this point in time do not have established scientific proof.

Immunotherapy offers the biggest hope for the future for disease that is resistant to conventional therapy or as an adjuvant to enhance the effects of conventional therapies. Whether it will be able to replace conventional therapies is unknown and the knowledge base required to prove this is certainly a very long tima away.

There are many ongoing trials of immunotherapy in many different cancers, but cVac is not being trialed for colorectal cancer.
