Hi adrian32
Good post
Living in a sea change comunity I can emphasise with many of your ideas but I will say that the volitility of these sorts of areas has to be taken into account.
It has to be a long term plan to shift to an seachange area and if the people who are buying are doing so with minimal borrowing it will all work out.
But in my area these lawyers, doctors etc sometimes find that they have to sell due to money shortages at their home base.
Quote We have created a graphic which demonstrates the reason why property prices on the coast remain steady in a flatter market and surge in a buoyant one
Why is your area so different to the rest of Australia
My first connection to the coast there was over 50 years ago and previously owned a house there so allthough I know that it is a wonderful area I do not see that it is so different to other areas
