Who to blame?

Wayne Swan - Its the shorters, they are ruininous to market trading!

Hedge funds - Its options expiry day and its the hedge funds who dont want the longs to get a good price/ profit

Julia Gillard - Its our outdated data network which is why the NBN is the best idea i have ever delivered to the Australian people!

ASX - No one knows what IT people do or why they need such high budgets. We will review and the sackings will commence tomorrow!
