If it relates to things you have posted already, its seem to be that you can make vague sweeping statements without one iota of proof or evidence.
Such as "A slightly warmer climate would be more benign than a colder one"
it ceases to be witchcraft when you provide evidence, proof, or some method of scientific rationale behind the statement.
