"The results of the Enabling Study were delivered to India’s largest mining company, NMDC, under the terms of the MOU between NMDC and Minemakers. The Company has been advised that, as a preliminary step, the NMDC board has approved the Wonarah Project for investment and that further meetings between the two companies to negotiate the commercial terms for a joint venture agreement will take place in the first week of November."
