FAR management must be pulling their hair out that the renewal is yet to be granted - I know I am. This is a third-rate effort from the government of Senegal. They (apparently...) want to see drilling, the potential partners want certainty.
Renewal = certainty = drilling.
Are the Gov. of Senegal so inept that they cannot see the link?
