It turns out that some of Sabre’s drilling has penetrated these workings in areas of little or no core recovery, thus confirming our interpretation that it is the mineralised zones that are not being returned during drilling. Mapping and sampling of these workings is presently underway, and the results of these investigations will be presented shortly.
But it still grates on me that they still have the drilling on hold pending the expert mud loggers opinion....they told us in the release of the 20th Sept the following:
'Drilling has been temporarily suspended pending a site visit by an expert drill mud engineer, who will advise and trial additives to assist with stabilising the rock mass for further drilling.'...they must have shipped him in
geez if you had to give an award for go slow and lets get things done literally on the smell of an oily rag, then Sabre wins hands down...dont get me wrong, without knowing the available resources in that part of the world and the difficulties of the geology perhaps there was no way around the delays and drilling problems.
Hopefully they may have something interesting in the workings, perhaps the 25 mill shares they are seeking shareholder approval for may indicate they are onto something ;-)
