every little thing gonna be all right

This is Mr Lincoln Augustus, first second cousin of Holymagiman.

It is 7.30 am here in Kingston and it is overcast, and we are going to be getting thunderstorms later today. So we are not going out in the boat though the fish are plentyful, and Holymagiman is away digging wells in the rain in Edinburgh...that is Edinburgh in Jamaica, not Edinburgh in Scotland.

So we have nothing to do but to think about things that have happened.

As Uncle Tobias always says, "Things that will happen are written in the Stars, and it is there for the reading by those who would care to read."

And so it has been in this sorry saga, and the alarm bells were ringing loud and clear late last year, for those who cared to listen.

So as we smoke the Jamaica numba One and wait for the rains, we cannot help but ruminate, and the smoke of the Numba One fills us with an inner happiness that the brothers and sisters got their 90 cents today and left the dead smelly fish that went swimming by after being gutted by those who should have been its caretakers..such is life.

But on a happier note, as Alvin has said and as babu has sais and as miss illicent has said.......the family invites you merry people over to Metgasco, where the fish are fresh, the rozellas are chirping and the lions will soon find their way.

And as it is only early in the day, the brothers and sisters will hopefully not be too tardy in joining us to enjoy the rest of the day.....with the Red Stripes and the fine Jamaica numba One.

For there is always a time for coming and a time for going, a time for landing and a time for leaving, and the bad smells of dead fish and fishy mongerals will surely be erased by the winnings to be made at the Casino.

This is not a "we told you so", but rather it is a big welcome, we love and want to see you there before it is too late in the day.......don't be Nervous, don't Yak, don't be hard, or just be sitting there being just another some guy, be a buddy, get holy and move your bundalees.
