And another magnificent part of this story is the following:

420million shares in IDC+ 82Million in Escrow held for the Landowners which cant be traded for at least 18-24 months.

This leaves only 420million shares.

Of these 420 million shares 78% of them are held by the Top 20 Cornerstone investors.

Which only leaves 92mill shares being traded at anyone time. IMHO extremely tight held share registry will be the catalyst for significant share price growth once the JORC is announced and subsequent Bonanza drilling results are announced and the PFS/BFS is completed in 2012.

If people want to jump on there is a scarcity of shares with which to do this, good old Economics 101. High Demand Low Supply = Price Rise!

BTW Gold rose to $1747 per ounce last night! When Mt Kare was drilled and measured by Buffalo/Madison it was averaging $300 per ounce last decade........:)
