    It looks like it might be moving forward just very slowly, this taken fron the ann.

    I am pleased to report today that the Sri Lanka Government Technical Evaluation Committee has
    approved our proposal and we are moving forward in the process.


    It is a pity he didn't have to foresight to announce what the steps are after this. Or maybe he doesn't know.

    I wonder if they will be playing the MDV theme music in the interview lol
