    I'm not defending Boise but that exact same statement was was included in the announcement on the 29 Sept 2011, about a month ago.

    From my own perspective, I really do wonder why it is taking so long. No matter which way you look at it, the requirement to keep shareholders updated with relevant information is NOT being adhered to, imho.
