I agree with you, the negotiations should be wrapped up soon, as I have always believed the LOI would have the bones of the agreements in place and as the year progressed points would have been worked on.

and the regulatory hurdles are less for cosmetic items depending on the claims they make, so a very good chance this would happen way before the 5 year term as stated.

I would look to the extention of options and incentive plan term as a worst case guide.

I still think that an announcement on home care will be around the corner.
