Agreed by shareholders 15th July:

"The effect of Resolution 1 is that the Company will be able to refresh its 15% issuing capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, in
relation to the shares and options issued and described above, with effect from the date of the General Meeting"

Also at that meeting the May placement was ratified.
Since then the September Placement of 37.5%? far exceeds the companys 15% issuing capacity plus another Capital raising now.
Wouldn't the board seek shareholder approval for this excess at the next AGM? What if it was rejected?
So many questions. I hope some can illuminate here and I hope the rest will be answered at the meeting next week.
