I am back again (sorry),because I do have some responsibility( No glory there)& I don't want to give the impression that I am a dumb "downramper". 1) Option Issue: Not a major concern if it is approved or not. It is less than 2% of the issued capital.It is the least of my worries. We should think of them in the following lines. a. Do we reward the directors? b. What repercussions will follow if we deny them?. Some might have the view that there will be no incentive for them to achieve. Others may be in the view that it may encourage them to buy on market. ........ 2) Electing James Bell. Are we going to severely hamper the board's capability if we don't? Does he have more talent than the other 3 directors?. What important contribution does he offer? He is a barrister. Phillip Wood is a barrister.Do we need 2 barristers on the board? ...... 3) Resignation of John Moys & Brian Banister. This alarms me greatly. 2 technical "heavyweights" depating. Why? Are there cracks starting to appear in Intec? If we are heavy handed,will we make it worse? Is this the time to rock the boat? ..... These are the sort of questions I am pondering & as yet haven't found the answers.
