S&P 500 hit a major resistance level yesterday in the US. Something to keep a close eye on.
Too many people in the general market smoking European 'hopium' if you ask me.
It would be healthy for PRR to test 18c as support now a couple of times and then break above 20.5 but that is also a strong resistance level.
Watching and waiting.
