"The placement/investment in AAM could not have been approved unless they have funds available".
Bad call - carefully read the Stone Resources TSV Aquisition Update dated 16 July, or if you prefer have a look at their latest financials (seem to be missing that private placement of C#40,500,000).
Think you will find that the private placement is yet to take place, although approved by the TSV.
